Group Fitness Circuit Training


Format: This class combines strength, endurance, balance, functional movements and core exercises.   You will be guided with the right combination of exerices, endurance and load progression, gradually increasing the resistance levels.  This class is intended to help you adapt to a higher level of strength and endurance through progressive overload.  

During this class, participants are treated as individuals and not a mass, pushing themselves to their own limits with direction from the instructor.
Care is taken with each participant to ensure proper form is being used. 

The Aim of Circuit Training: is a progressive development of the muscular respiratory systems achieving all-round fitness. It must be recognized that only through work (assuming adequate rest and nutrition are taken) can a musculer and respiratory system be improved on.  Endurance training for which circuit training is a firm base to work from, must be regular and sustained over a long period.

Equipment: Multi-functional equipment such as cables, free weights, stability balls, BOSU, TRX, plus more will be used to build a strong foundation. 

It is through proper strength training and increases in cardio stimulus, metabolism will be increased to provide a leaner, fitter and healthier body.

Time:  Mondays & Wednesdays 6:15 - 7:00pm
             Rates:  $30 Individual / Drop-In
                      $25 1x week (at least 4 sessions for the month)
                      $20 2x week (for 3 weeks or more in the month)
        Location:   Fitness Forward Studio - Bellevue
     Class Size:   Minimum 5 - Maximum 12
