Achieve a new level of fitness with an infitness private coaching session.  Customized programs are created to fit your personal goals.  

Private Coaching Sessions Include:     

  • training calendars
  • workout logs 
  • weight/resistance workouts
  • periodized training plans
  • specific cardio workouts  

Personal Coaching sessions are designed to move at your own progression level, providing the support and guidance you need whether you're new to fitness or looking to update your current regime.  

Because every person is so unique in their own needs and goals, an exercise program that works for one person might not work for another.  This is why at infitness, care is taken to listen to your specific needs to individualize each program designed to meet your specific goals and needs.

Individual and package prices available: 
Conveniently available in your home, office, small studio setting or in the outdoors. 
 
Studio Locations: Current semi-private studio location in Issaquah. 

Flexible Times: Choose 45, 60, or 90 minute sessions available Tuesday - Friday.
