Personal Training sessions are designed to move at your own progression level, providing the support and guidance you need whether you're new to fitness or looking to update your current regime.

Achieve a new level of fitness with an INFITNESS private training session. Customized programs are created to fit your personal goals.
Individual Private Training Sessions Include:
Because every person is so unique in their own needs and goals, an exercise program that works for one person might not work for another. This is why at INFITNESS, care is taken to listen to your specific needs to individualize each program designed to meet your specific goals and needs.
Studio Locations: Choose one of two studio locations - Issaquah or Bellevue.
Flexible Times: Choose 45, 60, & 90 minute sessions available Tuesday - Friday. Contact INFITNESS for availability.

Whether you're just beginning an athletic program or looking to improve in a specific sport, INFITNESS will help you improve your performance for competition.
Athletic Performance Packages available for Cycling, Running and Triathlon Training. Training includes basic Heart Zones (R) Testing, Training Zones, Training Calendar with Training Log.
Training Plans Available for:
Pre-Season (February - April)
Aerobic Base Training, Strength Endurance & Core
Training Season (May - September)
Aerobic Endurance, Athletic Performance, Threshold Training & Core
Post Season (October - January)
Recovery Aerobic Workouts (maintenance), Strength & Core
