Threshold Heart Rate Fitness Testing for Performance
Available on-going by appointment

What to Expect:
Through this testing you will gain info on how efficient you are in your own individual heart rate training zones and set up of your heart rate threshold training zones with 2 thresholds (low T1 & high T2).  Upon completion, you will receive your training zones and test data along with consult for training in your zones for improved efficiency.  You will want to arrive dressed for activity, running/walking on a treadmill or outdoors on a track surface with run shoes, comfortable run attire and water/snack for post-test.  Threshold Heart Rate Fitness Testing provided by Coach Annelise DiGiacomo.


      Recommended pre-requisites:

  • no workouts day of and before - best to be well rested
  • no alcohol night before - the more hydrated you are, the better
  • other protocols will be sent upon registration
