Annelise is a Certified Precision Nutrition and Wellness Coach, ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, Brain Fitness Coach, Founder of Infitness and creator of the YOUinfitness Retreats. She is passionate about helping women find their own meaning and foundation to achieving optimal health.

Precision Nutrition helps people transform their lives through expert coaching, ongoing support, and guided mentorship. We approach coaching by listening to our clients' needs and what they want to accomplish, learning how they live, discovering what's really important to them, and working together to create the right nutrition, exercise and wellness approach based on their goals and lifestyle. We then coach them through the process, helping with the inevitable roadblocks along the way to success. The Precision Nutrition purpose is to help clients all over the world discover the joys of living a fit, healthy life. And to help thousands of professionals deliver this purpose to their own clients.
Annelise believes her own journey with fitness and nutrition, losing weight, sustaining fitness and learning what it takes to maintain this over the years with ups and downs helps her to understand personally what it takes to start a program at ground zero, make the improvements and changes over time needed and striving to be the best she can at whatever place she is in life. She believes that with the proper coaching and motivation, anyone can achieve optimal health and revitalize their life!
Annelise also enjoys spending time in the outdoors through running, walking, hiking, backpacking, kayaking, snowshoeing and cycling. She works to maintain a weekly fitness routine when not training for a specific endurance event and practices daily whole health eating for wellness and vitality.

Coach Malinda Norris ~ Embrace Fulfillment Coaching
Malinda is a certified life coach specializing in building confidence and self-esteem in women looking to make a significant change in their life and career. Through Embrace Fulfillment Coaching, Malinda is empowering professionals to believe in the power of choice. Teaching them to listen to their inner voice and transforming their talent into a rewarding career path. She blends her extensive corporate experience and artistic flair into an innovative approach to leadership development and team building.
She has always been determined to prove to others that they are more than their story. As a child she was determined to not let roadblocks define her journey, so she always kept a positive attitude. Her father was a great example of this as he battled muscular dystrophy, and was confined to a wheelchair. He didn’t let it be his identity despite the struggle. Her family instilled in her a drive to pursue her dreams and to support others to do the same. This was never more apparent than when her mother traveled to Europe to pursue her dream of being an opera singer. Malinda benefited from a strong support system in her life and she will help to create that for her clients.
Malinda founded Embrace Fulfillment Coaching in 2013 after receiving her certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI). She has extensive corporate experience at Nordstrom and Crate & Barrel, specializing in customer service, leadership development and team building. Prior to that, she designed and sold textiles to Union Bay, Generra, and Anne Klein, as well as Nordstrom. Here she utilized her degree in Textiles and General Art from the University of Washington. Her work has spanned both coasts until returning to her hometown of Seattle.
Guiding her clients toward fulfillment is Malinda’s top goal. Malinda will help her clients find their center and get past the negativity that is holding them back. Whether you are looking for a career in the corporate world or experiencing a creative block, Malinda will fight right alongside you as you write the next chapter in your story.
Malinda also enjoys being active, spending time with her husband in the outdoors with regular walking, hiking, snowshoeing, biking, kayaking and paddle boarding. She believes in the power of eating healthy through whole foods for life long energy and well-being. She loves to cook and try new restaurants, as well as, catching the latest movies with friends.
