This training is about teammates supporting teammates who train together, yet work on their own unique goals, at their own individual fitness levels through added heart rate training.  Through this training, you will also gain the benefits of learning to manage your own health and fitness outside of running with tips and information provided to keeping motivated, building strength and staying injury free.

This complete run and walk coaching program includes:

  • Coached training runs by a Certified Running Coach with 15+ years of coaching and run experience
  • Weekly group training with team 2-3x/week, depending on season that include specialized track workouts, short trail runs and long endurance runs
  • Complete training plan with training schedule
  • On-line logging and coaching via Training Peaks
  • Training goals, performance planning, race strategy and event support
  • Training advice: run and fitness tips, nutrition, conditioning exercises, running gear, running form, injury prevention, motivation and more!
