Sample Weekend Itinerary
While we want to share the lessons we feel are important for women leading busy lives to support a healthy lifestyle balancing all that we need in a day, we are also very aware and mindful of the need for quiet reflective time to disconnect and recharge.  We will do our best to be receptive to the needs of the group, giving the space and time needed and so with that, this schedule may be subject to slight changes on or prior to the weekend.
The weekend attire is casual and comfortable - comfy pj's all morning during lessons are welcomed, it is just us girls after all!  If you need a little extra time to sleep in and choose to skip the morning movement activities - that is perfectly ok!  We completely get that some of us need extra time to sleep and to wake up in the morning - this is YOUR time.

Friday October 20th:

     5:30 - 6:30p    Arrive, check into your accomodations, socialize and enjoy light eats and treats

     6:30 - 8:00p    Welcome message, weekend review and fun activity to kick-start the weekend

     8:00p - - - -     Time on your own - get settled in, enjoy a dip in the hot tub, time for a massage, 
                             enjoy a quiet evening walk, sit by the fire, connect with your new friends

Saturday October 21st:
     7:00 - 8:00a    Rejuvenating wake up activity - choice of walk/jog or yoga 
     8:00 - 8:30a    Breakfast and prep for day's activities

     8:30 - 11:30a  Morning Mind / Body Activites (we may finish a little early for more "you" time)

                            - Meditation and Mindfulness

                            - Light Movement Activity

                            - Purposefully Chasing Relaxation

     11:30 - 12:00n Quiet time on your own to reflect and recharge
     12:00 - 1:00p  Lunch & time on your own 

       1:00 - 3:30p  Afternoon Mind / Body Activities

                            - Value Mining - Living with Purpose

                            - Afternoon "fun" Movement Activity

                            - Creating New Habits for Postive Changes     

      3:30 - 6:30p   Time on your own - hot tub, time for a massage and at the spa, afternoon
                             walk/jog, workout or swim at the fitness center, read, relax, reflect, journal, nap

     6:30p   Dinner at Swiftwater Cellars (non-hosted)

            *   After dinner time on your own with option of gentle Yin & Yoga Nidra for a relaxing night's sleep


Sunday October 22nd:

     8:00 or 8:30a Gentle good morning yoga

     8:30 - 9:00a   Breakfast

     9:00 - 11:00a Creating your Vision Board for Healthy Living

    11:00 - 11:30a Quiet time on your won to reflect and recharge

    11:30 - 12:30p Lunch & time on your own

    12:30 - 2:30p  Next Steps - Continuing Self-Care Practices at Home with tools to integrate learned
                           lessons into everyday life 

     2:30 - 3:00p   Closing and Wrap Up  

     *  Schedule time for a massage and at the spa post retreat before returning home
