YOUinfitness Spring Retreat for Women
Enjoy a weekend of fitness created to inspire, motivate and spring you into action with your fitness, health and wellness goals in a small group setting and designed all about YOU! Your weekend spring fitness retreat will be full of movement activities, outdoor recreation (weather permitting), fitness goals group work, self discovery, nutrition education, rejuvenation and the tools to continue your new skills at home. During your weekend, you will also enjoy nutritious energy packed meals with take home recipes. All you need to bring is a journal for fitness goal setting learning activities, a yoga or stretching mat, towel for workouts, fitness attire for movement activities and workouts, a heart rate monitor (optional), and your readiness to get moving!
